Refund policy
Can I request a refund?
Because each piece is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has started.
However, refunds may be issued in the following situations:

If the product arrives broken or damaged, we will either reship the item free of charge or issue a full refund upon request.
Refunds cannot be issued for:

Change of mind

Dissatisfaction with the design after approval

Personal circumstances unrelated to the product
Design Preview & Revisions
For all products that include a design preview sent via email:

You will receive your design preview within 48–72 hours after placing your order.

You may request free design revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations.

Our team will work with you to refine the design until you are satisfied.
If you are still not satisfied after the revisions, you may request a full refund before approving the design.
Once the design has been approved and production begins, refunds are no longer possible.
Automatic Production Policy
To ensure efficient production and timely delivery:

After receiving your preview, you will have 3 days to approve the design or request changes.

During this period, we will send email reminders and follow-ups to ensure you do not miss the approval window.
If no response is received within 3 days, production will automatically begin using the latest preview that was sent.
Once production starts through auto-production, refunds are no longer available.
Please note that we cannot be responsible if our messages are missed due to spam filters or email provider issues.
If your order enters auto-production and you would like to create a new design with modifications, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or product errors.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will reship the product free of charge, including expedited shipping.
To request assistance, simply send us a photo of the damaged item, and our team will take care of the rest.
Warranty Conditions
If the chain or pendant breaks within 15 days of delivery
You are entitled to a free replacement, either for the entire necklace or just the chain.
Please provide photographic evidence of the damage.
